2 cups rice flour
3/4 cup white sugar ( 1 cup is too sweet for me so I make mine 3/4)

3 teaspoon baking powder
grated or sliced cheddar cheese or grated hard boiled egg for toppings(optional) .1 can coconut milk ( 400 ml or 2 cups )
grated coconut or butter
Directions:
1.Sift first four ingredients together in a mixing bowl
2.Add coconut milk and mix well to make a smooth mixture.
3.Fill in greased muffin pans 2/3 full. And topped with grated cheese
4.Steam for 30 minutes. Make sure to boil the water first for best result and cover with cheese cloth or any white clean cloth to prevent water from drippings into the muffin.

ReplyDeleteFor sure this one is yummy. And this is my first time to learn that we could make a puto from rice flour aside from all purpose flour. And the good news is I have rice flour yahoo!
