I received this adobo recipe from Del Monte with their Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning.I might give it a try for a better tasting adobo.

- 1 pack DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning (18 g)
- ½ tbsp oil
- ½ kg pork kasim, cut up
- 1½ tbsp DEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar
- 1 pc small laurel
- ¼ tsp peppercorn, crushed
- Sauté DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning in oil for a few seconds. Add pork, sauté for 10 minutes.
- Add 1/3 cup water and remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 30 minutesover low heat.
Makes 4 servings.
